The EasyLaser E960 system is used to measure the straightness of diaphragms and journal bearings on gas or steam turbines.
The laser transmitter is mounted on the axis at one end of the turbine, generally on a journal bearing and the detector bracket on each part of the diaphragm before being measured Measurement values are read at 3 points (9h, 12h and 3h) by rotating the measuring probe.
These values indicate the degree of straightness of the bearing axis and diaphragm on the vertical plane and horizontal plane in relation to the two zero value reference points. The straightness of the parting surface is measured using the D22 laser and E7 biaxial detector. The measurement values are read at the reference points used on the surface after which the three reference points determining the straightness are selected.
The system is designed for any kind or workplace and is easy to set up on any type of machinery.
The versatile design solves measurement problems of any kind, even the most complicated, quickly and with precision..
