Les op\u00e9rations de soudure automatis\u00e9es doivent \u00eatre surveill\u00e9es afin d\u2019assurer leur qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Dans notre cas, un robot de soudage 6 axes a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9quip\u00e9 d’une cam\u00e9ra infrarouge multi spectrale pour le suivi continue de la qualit\u00e9 du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de soudure. La cam\u00e9ra IR VarioCAM\u00ae HD head 800 d’InfraTec<\/em> d\u00e9tecte les changements d’\u00e9missivit\u00e9 et la distribution d’intensit\u00e9 du rayonnement infrarouge \u00e9mis par la soudure. La mesure de la temp\u00e9rature absolue de soudage est limit\u00e9e en raison des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissantes du mat\u00e9riau m\u00e9tallique et de l’\u00e9missivit\u00e9 variable due \u00e0 la r\u00e9action physique. Cependant, le contr\u00f4le du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 est possible et l’influence des param\u00e8tres de soudage peut \u00eatre d\u00e9termin\u00e9e en examinant les changements d’intensit\u00e9 relative.<\/p>\n

Ici, deux t\u00f4les d\u2019aciers sont soud\u00e9es ensemble par \u00ab\u00a0M\u00e9tal Actif Gaz\u00a0\u00bb (MAG), \u00e0 la vitesse de 0.25 m\/min. Pendant le processus, la soudure et ses changements d’\u00e9missivit\u00e9 et de distribution d’intensit\u00e9 sont analys\u00e9s en temps r\u00e9el. D\u2019autres param\u00e8tres tels que le courant et la tension de soudage sont aussi enregistr\u00e9s, afin de tirer des conclusions suppl\u00e9mentaires sur la qualit\u00e9 de la soudure. Le changement d’\u00e9missivit\u00e9 r\u00e9sulte du changement d’\u00e9tat physique et de la corrosion de la soudure dans l\u2019environnement. La transition caract\u00e9ristique entre les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9missivit\u00e9s est directement corr\u00e9l\u00e9e \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 des soudures.<\/p>\n

Les changements de forme et les dissym\u00e9tries de la soudure peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9tect\u00e9s en \u00e9tudiant la distribution d’intensit\u00e9 le long de la soudure. Une forte diminution du profil signifie un fort changement structurel du contour de soudure. La figure ci-contre montre les distributions d’intensit\u00e9 (a et b) et les profils d’intensit\u00e9 (c et d) le long de 2 soudures l\u2019une conforme l\u2019autre non conforme. Un d\u00e9salignement de la torche de soudage se traduit par une soudure dissym\u00e9trique. Ce d\u00e9faut de soudage est visible dans la distribution d’intensit\u00e9, mais surtout dans le profil d’intensit\u00e9 associ\u00e9. Ceci se remarque par une forte baisse d’intensit\u00e9 au d\u00e9but du changement de forme (d). Par comparaison, le profil de la soudure sans d\u00e9faut suit une augmentation quasi-lin\u00e9aire.<\/p>\n

La thermographie passive est particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 l’\u00e9valuation qualitative des processus impliquant de hautes temp\u00e9ratures. Du fait des diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9missivit\u00e9s du m\u00e9tal solide et du m\u00e9tal en fusion, la quantification des temp\u00e9ratures de soudure est limit\u00e9e. Les changements relatifs du rayonnement pr\u00e9sentent alors un plus grand int\u00e9r\u00eat. Les r\u00e9sultats montrant l’\u00e9volution des \u00e9missivit\u00e9s ainsi que l’examen du profil d’intensit\u00e9 permettent d\u2019obtenir des informations fiables sur la qualit\u00e9 de la soudure.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
